This is more of a question to myself. The short answer is that this is a space for where I can relay thoughts on current projects, past projects, the process behind them and relaying information to my audience about any performances I might do.
The long answer is that when it comes to my work, discussing about the process and writing about the process is something that has been an important habit that I have developed since starting university. It helps to look at what you’re making, where you are getting results and where you are not getting results, picking and choosing the best bits from it. This is something that my peers and I did when we were at university. So instead of speaking into the void, where my thoughts float in the air, only to be forgotten later. I thought it would be best to speak into the digital void, where I can record and converse with myself.
So whenever I have the time, I’ll be updating the blog with thoughts on my past projects so that if I do them again I’ll be able to look back on what I have said about them and develop them.
